---- Jillian,

Thank you so much for all of your hard work getting our princess Ginger here.  She is all we dreamed of and more. Her plane actually got in early and we had time to go to Pet Smart and buy her some goodies.  As I opened the door to her carrier we all gasped at how tiny she was.  I think at that moment her tiny face just stole all of our hearts.  She was a tad scared but seemed to relax as soon as we settled onto the ride home.  She sat on every ones laps and gave us all some sniffs and kisses.I could not believe how well adjusted she is and took to our home and Smoochie her big brother Chin.  He is 4times the size of her, and incredibly excited sniffing her andkissing her too.  Ginger fit rightin here, and truly surprised us all.  She ate and drank made a pee and aPOOP! I set her up in our room with a bunch of things to make her comfy, including a pillow my 12 year old daughter made for her in home ec class.  We let her settle into her new environment, and atbedtime took her to bed for many snuggles and pics. Kass my 7 year old spent an hour searching for the perfect blankie and luckily Ginger loves it too.  I am so grateful to her breeder who clearly took such good care of her , she is socialized and relaxed with people. Just the perfect baby. She is not our first dog and we are amazed at the sense of comfort she has with us, so soon. It is Christmas at our home today! Again, I thank yuou for making this experience so easy, and I appreciate you not losing patience with my MANY meassages.  YOu are indeed very special and made me feel like I was your only priority.  This is very rare in any business, and It is very appreciated.  Our only concern is some sniffles and coughing, so I am moving up our Friday appointment as soon as the Vet calls me back.  She may just have been a bit nervous, our other Chin has a similar nose "thing" that happens often. ???  I cant wait to enjoy her each and every day, and will send you pics, if you don't mind.  I am already thinking of the baby brother I may have to get her in the near future!!!  If this is the caliber of puppies that you have available, then be assured we will be back again. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year, I will forward her Vet info as soon as we rescheduele.. Jess and Family

Hi Jillian,

We picked up Sayuri (Sammy) last night and we were instantly in love!!  She is so adorable!!!  She came home and ate some food right away, drank some water and then tinkled on her potty pad. I set a bed in her carrier and she slept for four hours and I then woke her up to use the potty again, which she did, both on the pad!  She then slept in her crate until 8:00, she ate again, tinkled again and is now sleeping!  She seems okay a little nervous, which is expected but we are so happy to have her home.  I am already so in love with her!

Thanks again, we are very grateful to you for Sayuri!

(Carol's Second Adoption With My Loveable Chins)

Lil
China is a little champ.  She loved flying and was in fine form last night when I brought her home. There was one other little dog, a minature schnauzer, on the flight and it was shaking in its cage, a combination of excitement and fright, I think.  But Lil China was calm and happy to see everyone including me.

When I got her home (without a single whine on the way). she was immediately friends with the entire household.  She is full of curiosity and spunk. What a sweetie!  Her perfect little fluff ball shape and adorable face just make me laugh to look at her walking about on those precious little legs.  Somehow Lil China is not going to do as a name for me.  What the heck is a Japanese Chin doing with a name like China?  I tried it a few times but it just doesn't work for me.

I've decided to call her BeBe, short for Buttons & Bows because she's such a precious little girl.  And BeBe is close to baby which I tend to want to call her right now when she's so tiny and adorable. She's eaten, drunk quite a lot of water, piddled, and slept normally.  I put the little blanket from her cage in her play pen to sleep on last night.  I'm letting her explore a bit and then back into the play pen for extended periods of rest.

We have a vet's appointment on Monday. Toshi is trying to work out what not being the baby anymore means.  I'm giving him extra special loving so being the middle Chin will be a good place to be. I love BeBe to pieces all ready.  Thanks for being so willing to work with me with the fax problems yesterday.  You really do have great Chins!!
Carol

Hi Jillian,
Hope your having a good weekend, we certainly are!  We picked up Akihiko last night and you were absolutely right.  He is such a sweet boy and has already adjusted with us very well.  We LOVE him and he is the cutest thing I have ever seen!

We took him to the vet this afternoon and everything checks out great.  Not to mention the fact that everybody there fell in love with him too : ) I thank you so much for everything, he has already brought so much joy into our house.
Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Sincerely,
Rachel and Akihiko

Oh, my.  I'm glad you made it safely.  Toshi arrived just fine as well but late, about midnight last night.  He had a long stay in Houston due to a late takeoff there.  He made it through the night just fine after a little fussing.  He's eaten his kibble and drunk lots of water and piddled on his puppy pads just fine.  He's still trying to convince the other animals that he just wants to play, although one cat comes and sits close.  Blossom is still staying clear. We wiped him down a couple of times and combed him.  He seemed to like it.  All in all, off to a good start.  He was a big hit with the airline staff and all the folks waiting in the Baggage Claim office.  I'll stay in touch and send a picture when he gets a bit more settled in. What a darling.  Thanks for arranging so carefully to send him to me safely.

 Carol

Hi,

He is absolutely adorable.  We got him about 12:30 last night.  He did well on the ride home.  He was really thirsty and hungry. When we got home--It was so cute to see Sunshine and Wags.  She was jumping up and turning around and he was excited as well.  I love watching them play…it is so funny.  They will entertain us that is for sure.  He follows my husband around.  I call him his little shadow.  He doesn't like stairs same and Sunshine.
Thanks again.

I purchased a beautiful Japanese Chin puppy from Jillian in November 2006. I was a little unsure about purchasing a puppy off of the internet but it worked out wonderfully. Jillian made the entire process easy and worry free. I love my Chin, Muggsy, so much!! He is happy, healthy and more fun than I ever expected. They are professional, experienced and easy to do business with. I am sure you will have the same experience.

Jillian,

Thank you for my beautiful baby she is so adorable and I just can't thank you enough!!!  Maggy is tiny and sweet and my vet said she is in perfect health, thanks again and I hope to adopt my next Chin from you in the future.

Sincerely,

S.C.

Hi Jillian,

What a WONDERFUL experience working with you and finding the puppy of my dreams.  When Connor arrived I almost cried when I saw his beautiful face.  Thank you for taking the worry of doing a transaction over the Internet because being my first time I was very scared and nervous.  After our very first email I knew you were the one to get my puppy from you were so kind and caring.  You also were the first breeder I spoke to that was concerned where their puppy was going, that says A LOT!

Thanks,
Tina L. Sorenson

Thank you thank you thank you for my new little baby she is the best...  We have already bonded and I am in love with the sweet little angel, that is what I ended up naming her Angel.  Angel is doing great on her potty training and our first night she didn't even cry I can tell you really worked with her and spoiled her.
