I understand any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit directly with the breeder. I Understand I will NOT be credited back on my Credit card account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied with purchase. Buyer's acceptance of any animals agrees that this transaction was consummated within the state of Utah and consents to the application of all Utah state Laws and to the jurisdiction of Utah State Courts. Should a dispute arise out of this transaction? Buyer further agrees that should he default in any obligation of this agreement, he shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs involved in the prosecution of this action. WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every effort is made by Loveable Puppies (Seller) to insure that the puppy is healthy when delivered (Shipped) and sound condition. The puppy will come with a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and a Full Veterinarian Exam as well as the Vaccination/Worming history, registration papers and a Puppy Packet. *The cost of the puppy does NOT include shipping costs or fees incurred when making the payment for the puppy and/or shipping.

The purchase of ANY and ALL puppies is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Health/ Replacement: All puppies sold will come with current shots up to 16 weeks and deworming. A shot history is included with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care. All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of puppy arrival. A copy of the exam (NOT THE BILL) must be mailed or faxed to the seller within 24 hours of vet exam for any guarantee to be valid. Guarantee starts at the date puppy was purchased.

Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; you will receive a replacement puppy. These conditions are listed and limited to HEART, KIDNEY AND LIVER ONLY from the date of puppies’ birth. No other conditions are covered in this contract. We warranty that this puppy will not have liver kidney or heart problems for 5 years and this contract is limited to these three defects and includes or covers nothing else.

NOTE: BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HYPOGLYCEMIA

Death: In-case of death, a necropsy stating the cause of death would be required before a replacement puppy. No money is ever refunded for any reason or for any illness. No replacement can be made until registration papers are returned, micro-chip information and a Necropsy stating that the puppies had heart, kidney or liver problems.

If you are purchasing your puppy for breeding purposes, please note the breeder only warranties the purchase of your pet for one year from date of purchase. All puppies purchased as companion pets are to be spayed or neutered by one year of age for the full 5 yr warranty to be in effect.

This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy. It is null and VOID if transferred to another person.

In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter as we will not over breed our girls for any reason. It could take up to one full year from the date we are notified through a letter from a licensed vet to include the required tests explaining and proving the medical problems and defining them as a direct genetic link to our breeding program for heart, kidney, and liver only. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from next available littler only. The replacement will be up to the discretion of the breeder (breeders choice), If the same sex of puppy is not available then if agreeable to both parties breeder may replace said puppy with the opposite sex puppy of equal value, however if not agreeable to both parties, then buyer must wait for the first available same gender puppy to be born for their replacement. (Replacements must be taken from next available litter, choosing not to will forfeit all monies paid and guarantee signed by both parties)

Application must be filled out correctly before the delivery of any puppy for any of the guarantee, shipping info, payment info to be enforced. In case that it is not filled out correctly, it voids the guarantee and delivery of the registration papers.

There are certain disorders and issues that can arise that may be caused by environmental factors, and cannot be controlled nor can the breeder be held responsible for under any circumstances. All and any medical or any financial issues incurred by the said puppy in this contract are the sole responsibility of the new owner from the date the puppy leaves my premise. There are no exceptions to this for any reason. Loveable Puppies is not responsible for any vet or medical bills or financial bills that are incurred by the said puppy. From the date the said puppy leaves with its new owner. :IE: Hypoglycemia, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Intestinal worms, kennel cough, respitory infections, demodectic mange, guairdia, colitis, coccidia, or any other puppy diseases not mentioned are not covered by this warranty and are not grounds for dispute. It is the sole responsibility of the new puppy owner to treat the puppy for all and any medical conditions that arise from the date the said puppy is in the care of the new owner and there after. Heart, Kidney and liver are the only conditions that are covered by this contract. Any and all other conditions that may arise in this said puppy are solely the responsibility of the new owner and cannot hold Loveable Puppies responsible financially for anything in regards to the puppy they have received. If you feel like you have received an unhealthy puppy that has heart, kidney, or liver problems it is mandatory that we receive a Document from your vet stating the problem and test results of any and all problems that prove what health issues have arisen. We do not accept Professional opinions with out tests results to include a full blood panel to back up the vets’ opinion. It is mandatory that all test results accompany all and any results that are the basis for the puppy being said to be unhealthy from heart, kidney, or liver problems. Every puppy shipped will leave with a heath certificate from our vet to clarify the said puppy is in good health at the time he/she left Loveable Puppies.

1. We do not warranty nor guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does Loveable Puppies guarantee fitness for breeding. The new owner agrees that Loveable Puppies is not responsible for any or all vet or medical bills or any financial bills incurred by this said puppy immediately on the date the puppy is in the new owners care and from that date forward.

2. Hernias: All Hernia repairs do not warrant replacement puppy as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy.

3. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

4. This guarantee does not cover hair loss, luxataeing patella’s or uneven bites.

5. All puppies MUST visit a licensed veterinarian on a regular basis, determined by the vet and up to date shots at all times.

6. IN THE EVENT A PUPPY SHOULD BE DEEMED NOT HEALTHY OR NOT FIT FOR PLACEMENT WHILE STILL IN OUR CARE, THE BUYER THEN HAS THE OPTION OF CHOOSING ANOTHER PUPPY IF AVAILABLE OR ROLLING ANY MONIES PAID ON TO ANY UPCOMING LITTERS. No monies are refunded but rather a replacement puppy will be given of equal value.

7. SHIPPING: Important please read. If you are having your puppy shipped: Once the puppy is taken to the airport and leaves the THE BREEDERS CARE , we are no longer responsible, if for any reason you have a problem please contact your airlines. If needed we (Seller & Buyer) will work together to resolve any problem caused by the airline.

After extensive research with different types of vitamins we have decided the Pets & Vets Organic Health Supplement is the best supplement choice for all our puppies and adult dogs. With the daily use of Pets & Vets and yearly vet visits for proper vaccinations, your puppy will live a much healthier and longer life. We are so serious about this supplement regimen that we have now added it to all our health guarantees. Pets & Vets must be ordered prior to your puppy being shipped home.

Wheat Germ Oil (Found At Animal Feed Store or Internet) is also added to our puppies and adult dogs diet. This helps give your puppy a healthy and shiny coat and prevents dander problems with extra vitamins.

Your puppy has been eating a good quality dog food “By Nature”. We require that all Loveable Puppies be kept on By Nature, Pets & Vets Organic Health Supplement, and Wheat Germ Oil. This nutritional supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. You are expected to have this on hand before your puppy gets home. NOTE: ALL health guarantees will be considered null and void if you do not keep your pet on this supplement, By Nature, and Wheat Germ Oil for the entire 5 yrs. No exceptions will be made. All orders must be made on the Auto ship plan. This is to ensure that your orders are being placed. We work very closely with Pets & Vets and receive a monthly report of who has kept up on the supplement plan. This is to ensure that our puppies are receiving every advantage possible to ensure a healthy life.
